Welcome to Obscurix, operated by Obscurix LLC, based in Perry, Iowa. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Obscurix website and any purchases made through it.

By accessing or using Obscurix (obscurix.com), creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Overview

Obscurix offers merchandise including apparel, mugs, and other themed products. All products are designed by Obscurix LLC or under ownership of the company and produced by Obscurix LLC or third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the shop. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

3. Account Creation

You may create an account for a more streamlined shopping experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

All products for domestic orders are designed, printed, and shipped in the United States and fulfilled by Obscurix. Exemptions to this include orders that exceed our production capacity or are otherwise more economical to produce and ship through third-party providers, such as Gelato. All international orders are printed and shipped by third-party providers for environmental friendliness.
Production times may vary, but typically run 1-3 business days after order. We try to print most orders with our in-house on-demand model to prevent textile waste. Estimated delivery time is typically between 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
Obscurix is not responsible for delays due to production backlogs when using third-party providers, shipping carrier issues, or customs.
International orders may be fulfilled locally via global POD networks (e.g., Gelato), reducing the likelihood of customs fees. However, you are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties if they occur.

5. Payments

We accept payments through third-party processors, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure providers. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or violate these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds: If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] or calling us at (515) 216-0804 ‬within 30 days of purchase.
Returns: You may exchange non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping of non-defective items. We stand by our quality and will gladly pay for return shipping of defective items.

7. Digital Products & Gift Cards

At this time, Obscurix does not offer digital products or gift cards. These features may be added in the future and will be governed by updated Terms.

8. Email List & Marketing

By opting into the Obscurix email list, you agree to receive occasional updates, product announcements, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including artwork, logos, product designs, and descriptions — is the intellectual property of Obscurix LLC or its licensed creators. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without express permission.

10. Disclaimers

Many Obscurix items contain satirical, dark humor, or horror-themed content. These items are intended for entertainment purposes only.
Any resemblance to real events, people, or cases is coincidental unless explicitly stated. We do not endorse criminal acts or conspiracy theories.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
