Welcome to our lovely True Crime and Paranormal Mug Giveaway! Every month, we select one winner to chose a free mug from the collection on our Etsy store. We print it, package it, and ship it to the lucky monthly winner free of charge.
Entering our monthly giveaway is simple—you only have to sign up for our newsletter, which you can find in our website’s footer or in select articles. We’d love if you’d like our social media pages and share the giveaway post, but that’s not necessary.

Monthly Giveaway by Obscurix LLC—Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By entering the Obscurix Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid U.S. shipping address. Employees of Obscurix and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on the 1st day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the same month (“Entry Period”). A new Giveaway starts on the 1st of each following month.
4. How to Enter
To enter, sign up for the Obscurix newsletter by using the signup form located in the footer of the Obscurix website or embedded within select articles. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a coffee mug of their choice from the Obscurix collection, with a combined retail and shipping value of up to $25 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Obscurix reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Available mug options can be viewed on our Etsy store.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the eligible newsletter subscribers during the first week of the month following the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Obscurix, which are final. Obscurix reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the newsletter signup is subject to Obscurix’s Privacy Policy. Entrants’ information will be used for administering the Giveaway and for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Obscurix from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
