By entering the Obscurix Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid U.S. shipping address. Employees of Obscurix and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on the 1st day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the same month (“Entry Period”). A new Giveaway starts on the 1st of each following month.
4. How to Enter
To enter, sign up for the Obscurix newsletter using the signup form located in the footer of Obscurix.com or embedded within select articles. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4A. Bonus Entries for Reddit Sharing
Participants can earn up to five (5) additional entries by thoughtfully sharing a favorite Obscurix article in a relevant subreddit community they actively participate in. To qualify:
- The post must be genuine, thoughtful, and not spammy.
- The subreddit must be relevant to the article topic and one in which the participant is an active member.
- Participants must email [email protected] with a direct link to their Reddit post during the current Entry Period to receive the bonus entries.
- Limit one (1) Reddit sharing bonus submission per Entry Period per participant.
4B. Bonus Entries for Social Media Sharing
Participants may earn up to five (5) additional entries by sharing their favorite Obscurix design on a social media platform of their choice (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok), including a direct link back to the Obscurix Shop. To qualify:
- The post must be publicly viewable during the Entry Period.
- The post must include a direct link to the Obscurix Shop.
- Participants must email [email protected] with a direct link to their social media post during the current Entry Period to receive the bonus entries.
- Limit one (1) social media sharing bonus submission per Entry Period per participant.
- Low-effort or spammy posts will be disqualified at Obscurix’s discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive either:
- One (1) standard Obscurix tee plus one (1) Obscurix coffee mug of their choice, or
- One (1) high-value premium shirt (e.g., ringer or raygun tee)
Retail value may vary, up to a maximum of $50 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Obscurix reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Available items can be viewed on our shop.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible newsletter subscribers during the first week of the month following the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Obscurix, which are final. Obscurix reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the newsletter signup is subject to the Obscurix Privacy Policy. Entrants’ information will be used for administering the Giveaway and for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Obscurix from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
